Virtual consultation services that allow fleets and owner-operators to diagnose mechanical failures. This FREE, 15 minute consultation will allow us determine if a virtual discussion is the right fit for your repair project
Step Two
Background Information

Based upon the project plan, customers will be instructed to gather specific information including pictures, videos, or diagnostic specification. Once we have gathered what we feel is adequate information, we will schedule a virtual consultation visit.
Step Three
Virtual Consultation Appointment

During this appointment, the diesel tech will review the provided information with you and will give you insight into the diagnosis and provide you with the next steps to repairing your own equipment. Additional appointments may be needed depending on the complexity of the problem.
